By Harison Maina, Ajabu Africa News, MON, MAR 3, 2024 BOSTON, MA___A Milton resident of Kenyan descent reported missing in Boston since last Saturday while on transit home by bus from her private school in Maine has been found alive, and is now re-united with her family. According to Boston’s WBZ News, citing police reports, 18-year-old Mimmi Huria was spotted today Monday March 4th by a security guard while walking around near the area of south station from where she went missing. The security guard recognized her from the flyers that volunteers from the Kenyan community had posted everywhere around the area and the bulletins from Boston police. Details of the circumstances surrounding the disappearance were not immediately available. While thanking the Boston police, local media and members of the Kenyan community in Boston who made tremendous efforts to help locate their loved one, Mimmi's, family has requested privacy during this difficult time as they try to process what had happened to their loved one who went missing for more than 48 hours after the alighted a bus at south station in Boston where she had planned to meet her parents for pick up. | |||||||||
