Foreign and Diaspora Affairs CS Alfred Mutua has held a bilateral meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the state’s department in Washington DC.
During the meeting, Mutua lauded the prime cooperation existing between Kenya and the United States which he said was founded on mutual trust.
“We affirmed our commitment to continue working together in trade and investments, food security, defense, regional peace and security and multilateral cooperation,” Mutua said.
He also acknowledged the friendship and shared interests which have grown extensively since the establishment of the strategic dialogue and more deeply under the administration of President William Ruto and President Joe Biden.
