US President Barack Obama was on Thursday night scheduled to leave for Nairobi via Germany.
A White House spokesperson told the Nation on Thursday afternoon that Mr Obama's departure schedule had not been altered.
"Air Force One will leave Joint Base Andrews en route Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany as previously scheduled," said the official who did not wish to be named.
The White House told reporters on Wednesday that Obama's itinerary for the trip to Kenya and Ethiopia would not be changed despite the reported disclosure of the president's arrival and departure times in Nairobi.
Kenya Airways was reported to have made public classified information considered not for public disclosure for security reasons.
A notice through its public relations agency on Tuesday gave the 40- to 50-minute window for Air Force One's landing in Nairobi on Friday and its departure on Sunday.
However, White House national security adviser Susan Rice said that the Secret Service, which is charged with protecting the president, was aware of the breach but added: "I don't think it in any way is disturbing our plans."
Obama is expected to arrive in Kenya on Friday, where he will attend the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Nairobi.
